Hi,

Post Pristine's shift to new web portal, I have been facing issues with regards to not being able to take mock test exams twice.For ex, once you take the mock exams and submit this, one is unable to view the questions and answers of that mock test again.This is very frustrating as keeping a track of questions and answers helps to prepare for the exam better.I have raised this issue through eduprisitne care, and its almost 2 weeks and its still not resolved.This was never an issue in the old web portal. Can anyone from Pristine solve this issue as without being able to access mock test twice, i find these course material to be incomplete and not helping my preparation at all.

Please help.
